Статья посвящена освещению созданных ещё в 90-е годы XXстолетия благоприятных условий для развития эмоционально–положительного восприятия искусства, способствующего формированию эстетического отношения к окружающему миру, помогающего каждому ребенку раскрыться, поверить в себя, самореализоваться. Данный опыт фестивального движения сегодня переформатировался и проектировался с учетом современных социально–культурных запросов, ФГОС, ресурсов регионального компонента, интересов и возможностей детей.
The article is devoted to highlighting the favorable conditions created back in the90s of the 20th century for the development of an emotionally positive perception of art, which contributes to the formation of an aesthetic attitude towards the world around us, helping every child to open up, believe in himself, andself-realize. This experience of the festival movement has today been reformatted and designed taking into account modern socio-culturalneeds, the Federal State Educational Standard, the resources of the regional component, the interests and capabilities of children.
