В статье представлен взгляд на Аллаиховский район Республики Саха (Якутия), расположенный в арктической зоне, как на место высокого уровня рисков в процессе формирования пищевых ресурсов. Складывание пищевых ресурсов в Арктическом регионе исторически было сопряжено и остается связанным с понятием "риска", "дефицита". Риск - это "внешнее" понятие, свойственное в большей степени для тех, кто смотрит на регион со стороны. Для местных жителей оно раскрывается на примере конкретных событий, ситуаций, элементов материальной культуры и социальных связей. Автор, опираясь на полевой материал, полученный в пос. Чокурдах и с. Русское Устье Аллаиховского района Якутии, предпринимает попытку выстроить картину рисков "изнутри" - исходя из того, что "видят" местные жители. В данном случае основной гипотезой оказывается то, что для населения района официальные тезисы о "дефиците" и "труднодоступное" скоррелированы с конкретными реалиями их ежедневного опыта, а повседневность не представляет собой изолированного явления, она соотнесена с другими факторами, такими как государство, правительство Якутии, крупные компании. Постоянная жизнь с риском в данном случае порождает дополнительные феномены, объекты и связи.
The article proposes a view of the Allaikhovsky region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), located in the Arctic zone, as a place of a high level of risks in the process of formation of food resources. The accumulation of food resources in the Arctic region has historically been associated with and remains associated with the concept of "risk”, "scarcity” and other semantically synonymous concepts. Risk is an "external” concept that is more characteristic of those who look at the region from the outside. For local residents, it is revealed through the example of specific events, situations, elements ofmaterial culture and social ties. The author, relying on the field material obtained in the village. Chokurdakh and Russkoye Ustye of the Allaikhovsky district of Yakutia, is making an attempt to build a picture of risks “from the inside" - based on what local residents "see". In this case, the main hypothesis is that for the population of Allaikha the official theses about "scarcity” and "inaccessibility” are correlated with the specific realities of their daily experience, and everyday life is not an isolated phenomenon, it is correlated with other actors, such as the state, the government of Yakutia, large companies, etc. - which is expressed in the producing and maintenance of a winter road, air traffic, "green flights", etc. Constant life at risk in this case generates additional phenomena, objects and relations.
