The article examines the legacy of Dmitry Govorov - Olonkhohut Miterey in the modern socio-cultural space. According to ancient teachings, thought and, especially, word, have great creative and destructive power; therefore, people who possess these skills were considered special spiritual leaders on a par with outstanding shamans and blacksmiths. Thanks to the efforts of the enthusiast A. F. Boyarov, who recorded the full text of the olonkho, we know about its extensive repertoire, including the olonkho "Mulju Bege." It is known that in the 1970s - 1980s, the folk art of the peoples of Russia was in decline. However, in modern realities, there is a revival of national identity in the form of a movement for the revival of traditional ethnic culture, which leads to a more noticeable role of folklore in public life, the restoration of its origins and the preservation of traditions. The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of the olonkhohut (Olonkho-narrator) in the modern cultural environment using the work of Dmitry Govorov - Olonkhohut Miterey as an example. This study uses historical and typological comparison and a system analysis of modern storytelling. Particular attention is paid to the role of the olonkhohut personality in the context of the modern cultural space. The scholarly novelty of the article lies in the fact that it is the first to consider and analyze the personality of the olonkhohut in the context of the modern cultural environment, which has not been thoroughly studied by researchers to date. This work makes a significant contribution to understanding the role of the olonkhohut in modern culture.

In the present article first described the creative way of the famous folk singer S. A. Zverev-Kyyl Uola. Based on a careful study of his biography and repertoire identified three stages of creativity; reflects the diverse talent and creative activity S. A. Zverev. Because of these qualities, he was not only a famous storyteller, improviser, but also a wonderful artist-nugget, organized amateur groups and ensembles, which distinguishes his from other folk singers of Sakha. For the first time focuses on the multifaceted activities of S. A. Zverev, his role in the preservation, promotion and revival of ethno-cultural heritage of the Yakut people. It was specifically noted that folk singer since early childhood was brought up in the atmosphere of a folk environment, inherited the gift of the storyteller from their ancestors. The influence of famous singers-olonkho tellers from native ulus and also the Vilyui local traditions contributed to the formation of S. A. Zverev as one of the best performers of folklore. A multifaceted talent, wide knowledge allowed S. A. Zverev became the organizer and promoter of ethnicculture and folklore of the Sakha people.

The article describes the role of Nikita Semenovich Gorokhov as a collector and publisher of the Yakut epic. Notes the role of political exile, Russian folklorist I. A. Khudyakov, which by definition Y.I. Smirnov was behind the "emerging folklore". The article presents and analyzes the contribution of N. S. Gorokhov olonkho "Yurung Uolan".The author suggests that the N.S. Gorokhov with I.A. Khudyakov olonkho recorded, the text of which the latter translated into Russian and included in "Verkhoyansky Collection", and N.S. Gorokhov subsequently wrote it from memory and published in the journal "Izvestiya ESDIRGS" which is the first publication olonkho in Russian. Textual analysis olonkho "Yurung Uolan" recorded and published N.S. Gorokhov, shows that the text was written by the same olonkhosut, with whom he worked and I.A. Khudyakov.

This article touches on the problem of studying the interaction of folklore and literary traditions in the works of authors who came from the people, bearers of oral folk art. In Soviet times, in the literature of the peoples of the USSR, especially in newly written literature, folk singers played a significant role in poetic life. Their works successfully intertwined folklore and literary traditions: a certain synthesis of form and content occurred. In our work, we drew attention to the work of one author, Nikolai Stepanov - Nooroy, a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR, folk singer, olonkhosut, participant in the Great Patriotic War. The relevance of the article lies in the fact that until now the period of active creativity of folk singers of Yakutia, as authors, as creators of Soviet folklore, has been little studied. The subject of our research is the works of N. I. Stepanov - Nooroy, his songs and poems on Soviet themes. The work uses comparative, analytical, and analytical methods to reveal the interaction of folklore and literary traditions and the transformation of folk songs into original songs. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that this work studies the fusion of folklore and literary traditions, their interaction in the works of one author, a bearer of the traditional oral culture of the Sakha people. As a result of the study of the author’s poetic works on the Soviet theme, we concluded that in the poems, songs, and toyuks of N. I. Stepanov, the interaction of folklore and literary traditions is clearly observed. From the works of N. I. Stepanov it is clear that the folk singer, firstly, worked to preserve and transmit the traditions of folk art mainly in olonkho and toyuks, and secondly, he became one of the founders of a new type of folklore, a song genre called Soviet folklore. Stepanov’s songs about labor and workers can be considered historical, because they reflect reality and glorify real people. The writer’s poetic works on Soviet themes reflect historical facts and events of the Soviet period. His works have cultural value, and as works reflecting reality, they are a historical and cultural monument.
