With the continuous development and improvement of the socialist market economy today in China, the operational efficiency of enterprises in today's enterprise management has also improved significantly, which also indicates that the development of enterprises wants to be better and the requirements for the management of human resources are more stringent. In addition, the development of information technology is closely related to the future progress of enterprises, which can constantly increase the level of management of human resources of enterprises. By building appropriate information management of enterprise human resources, computer technology and network technology can be combined with human resources to continuously improve management efficiency and effectively achieve the goal of improving service levels and intelligently controlling enterprise input costs. in this context, the following issues are considered in this work. In this context, this article proposes concrete measures to strengthen the informatization of enterprise human resource management.

With the rapid development of the economy, the level of science and technology in China is gradually increasing, the information age is coming. Against the background of big data, information technology and network technologies are widely used in the development of all spheres of life, therefore, if Chinese enterprises want to keep up with the times and get better development, they must combine modern information technologies in the management of enterprise human resources efficiency for continuous innovation, and at the same time, with the support of big data technology, improve the performance evaluation system, and many large international companies have also started performance management and many large international companies have already started performance management and achieved good results. In China, more and more companies are starting to attach great importance to assessing the work of employees, and the methods and experience of evaluating work are becoming richer and richer, there is something to learn. However, in the industry of natural monopolies, the question of how to implement employee performance assessment did not attract our attention. In this article, we consider postal enterprises as typical representatives of the natural monopoly industry and study the assessment of the effectiveness of their employees in order to achieve certain results and provide recommendations and assistance for practical work. Thus, the management of the human resources efficiency of enterprises can be improved and contribute to the achievement of maximum economic benefits.
