In the context of globalization and intensification of migration processes, the problem of social integration in multicultural societies becomes key to ensuring stability and social cohesion. The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop new integration strategies that can respond to the challenges of the 21st century, including migration and the growth of cultural diversity. The article considers the theoretical aspects of social integration, analyzes the main models of integration policy and identifies the factors that contribute to or hinder successful integration. Both classical concepts and modern theories and approaches to the study of social integration are analyzed. Examples of integration policies in various countries are considered, as well as new challenges associated with global migration crises. The article offers a critical analysis of existing integration models and substantiates the need for flexible, adaptive strategies that take into account both the universal principles of equality and cultural diversity. Particular attention is paid to the anthropological approach in research in the context of the increasing cultural complexity of the modern world. The current stage of understanding the problems of social integration is outlined by the anthropological turn, which actualizes the bodily, emotional and everyday dimensions of intercultural interaction. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that social integration in a multicultural society is a complex, multidimensional process that requires an integrated approach. In the future, it is necessary to develop flexible, adaptive integration strategies that can take into account both global challenges and local specifics. The article contributes to the development of a socio-philosophical discussion on the ways of forming a society based on the principles of justice, solidarity and mutual recognition.

Intercultural communication is a complex process involving the interaction of people of different cultural backgrounds who have different beliefs, values and behavioral norms. Despite the advantages associated with the exchange of cultural experiences, such communication often faces problems associated with a lack of trust between communicators. The purpose of this article is to study the concept of trust in intercultural communication as its problem area, as well as to study issues related to trust that contribute to a deeper understanding of its construction. This article examines trust through the lens of social capital, as its fundamental element, and through its connection with self-disclosure, that plays an important role in building trust. The article shows that trust maintains social order and ensures long-term social connections. Disclosure plays a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships and increasing the success of communication. This paper concludes that trust promotes cooperation among group members, maintains social order, and ensures profitable long-term exchanges. Disclosure that can also be seen as a sign of trust plays a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships and increasing the success of communication, as well as helping to establish trust and reduce the negative consequences of mistrust in intercultural communication. Further research in this area could contribute to the development of methods and approaches that promote trust and reduce the negative consequences of mistrust in intercultural communication.

In the modern world, issues of intercultural interaction are becoming increasingly relevant and important. To build an effective dialogue between representatives of different cultures, it is necessary to take into account the ethical aspects of this process. This article explores an ethical approach to intercultural interaction and its role in promoting mutual understanding and respect between cultural groups. The analysis examines key issues that may be useful in interactions between representatives of different cultures. Particular attention is paid to the issue of culture in the communicative aspect and to the disclosure of approaches to the study of cultural processes in the context of intercultural communication. The study identifies the basic ethical principles and aspects of the ethical approach to intercultural interaction that underlie communication between different ethnic cultures and their influence on the formation of harmonious relations between cultural communities. The results of the study will help develop a more conscious approach to interaction between different cultures and contribute to the development of intercultural dialogue based on the principles of mutual respect, understanding and cooperation.
