Исследовано содержание элементного содержания кальция и фосфора в плазме крови у лабораторных животных при применении новых производных соединений, являющихся клатратами и конъюгатами β-циклодекстрина с парааминобензойной кислотой. Выявлена положительная динамика содержания определяемых элементов под влиянием синтезированных веществ. Наиболее позитивная тенденция обнаружена в опытной группе, получавшей коньюгат β-циклодекстрина с парааминобензойной кислотой
The maintenance of the element maintenance of calcium and phosphorus in plasma of blood at laboratory animals is investigated at application of the new derivative connections which are being clathrate and conjugate of β-cyclodextrin with acid paraaminobenzoic were used.
