Отмечены трудности разработки горных пород драглайном на месторождениях зоны многолетней мерзлоты. Представлены результаты исследования теплового режима в развале взорванных многолетнемерзлых горных пород в периоды весна-лето, осень-зима при последовательном обнажении забоя. Показано, что в весенне-летний период на температуру поверхностного слоя оказывает влияние отрицательная температура в массиве, накопленная в зимний период и солнечная инсоляция. В осенне-зимний период температура в этом слое формируется за счет тепловой инерции массива, накопленной летом и воздействия низких температур окружающего воздуха. Для прогноза производительности драглайна в разные периоды года время цикла экскаватора рекомендовано определять по отдельным эмпирическим формулам. Рекомендован способ разработки взорванных смерзающихся вскрышных пород. Создание наиболее благоприятных условий для разработки смерзающейся взорванной горной массы драглайном обеспечивается максимально возможным эффектом растепления породы на наибольшей площади. Этот эффект достигается путем послойной экскавации породы, с верхней части развала на определенную глубину и по всей длине блока. Это позволяет постоянно вскрывать зону устойчивого смерзания и обеспечивает растепление взорванной породы в блоке с соответствующим снижением ее прочности.
Difficulties of development of rocks dragline on fields of a zone of permafrost are noted. Results of research of a thermal mode in disorder of the rocks blown up the permafrost during the periods spring-summer, fall-winter are presented at a consecutive exposure of a face. It is shown that during the spring and summer period negative temperature has impact on temperature of a blanket in the massif, saved up in the winter period and solar insolation. During the autumn and winter period temperature in this layer is formed due to the thermal inertia of the massif which has been saved up in the summer and influence of low temperatures of air. For productivity forecast dragline during the different periods of year it is recommended to determine time of a cycle of the excavator by separate empirical formulas. The way of development of the blown-up freezing together overburden breeds is recommended. Creation of optimum conditions for development of the freezing together blown-up mountain weight the dragline is provided with the greatest possible effect of thawing of breed on the greatest square. This effect is reached by layer-by-layer excavation of breed, from the top part of disorder on a certain depth and on all length of the block. It allows to open constantly a zone of steady freezing and provides thawing of the blown-up breed in the block with the corresponding decrease in its durability.
