Проведена оценка психоэмоционального состояния и уровня нейростероидных гормонов у мужчин-коренных жителей Республики Саха (Якутия). Результаты психоэмоционального исследования мужчин показали, что хорошая психологическая адаптация отмечена у большинства обследованных. Депрессия отсутствовала у 35,7%, легкая степень депрессии отмечена у 17,8%, умеренная - у 28,6 и выраженная -у 17,8%, тяжелая форма депрессии не выявлена. Анализ степени агрессии показал, что у 42,9% обследованных индекс агрессии в норме, у 53,6 - низкий и у 3,6% - высокий. Повышение уровня нейростероидных гормонов у коренных мужчин является защитной реакцией организма в обеспечении гомеостаза и адаптации к условиям Севера. Концентрация стероидных гормонов у мужчин снижается с ухудшением психоэмоционального состояния
